CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Reschedules We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 35% of the scheduled service total. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before your next appointment can be booked. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally booked appointment.
